Cara Install Mac Os X Snow Leopard Retail Di Virtualbox 3.2 & Newer

Bagi brother & sister yang dari dulu pengen nyobain Mac OS X tapi nggak tahu caranya atau takut ngutak-ngatik sistem, ini ane kasih cara yang mudah buat nyobain

Yang Anda Butuhkan
1. CPU Intel dengan VT-x (Hampir semua prosesor Intel mulai dari Core2Duo punya kok).
2. DVD Installer Original Snow Leopard.
3. VirtualBox 3.2.4.

Spesifikasi Yang Saya Gunakan
1. Tipe Sistem: Acer Aspire 5920G
2. Processor: Intel Core2Duo T8300 @2.40GHz
3. RAM: DDR2 4 GB
4. OS: Windows 7 (32 Bit)
5. Virtualizer: Oracle VirtualBox 3.2.4
6. Mac OS X Install Disc: Snow Leopard Retail

Pembuatan Virtual Machine
1. Click "New" di menu bar. Maka akan muncul "Create New Virtual Machine" wizard.

2. Beri nama virtual machine yang anda buat, gunakan Mac OS X sebagai tipe OS & Mac OS X Server sebagai version

3. Untuk RAM & Harddisk gunakan saja default value

4. Buka settings dari virtual machine yang anda buat, pada bagian Storage, mount DVD Installer Mac OS X pada "now empty CD/DVD device".

5. Tutup VirtualBox pergi ke direktori tempat XML dari VM yang anda buat tadi.
Pada bagian sebelum </ExtraData> tambahkan:

Installing Snow Leopard

1. Buka VirtualBox lalu nyalakan VM yang tadi sudah anda buat, setelah beberapa saat jendela instalasi Mac OS X akan muncul.

2. Click tombol "-->", jendela "Install Mac OS X" akan ditampilkan.

3. Click "Continue" lalu jalankan "Disk Utility".

4. Pergi ke tab "Partition" & click tombol "+" untuk membuat partisi baru. Namai & click "Apply" untuk memformat partisi tersebut.

5. Tutup "Disk Utility", partisi yang anda buat seharusnya sekarang sudah tampil.
Click partisi anda lalu click "Customize" (proses ini bisa anda lewatkan).

6. Uncheck "Printer Support" & "Language Translations" lalu click "OK" untuk kembali ke jendela awal.

7. Click "Install" .... & silahkan menunggu.....

8. Ketika selesai, akan muncul tampilan seperti ini.

9. Setelah restart, anda akan disambut dengan serangkaian welcome screen.
